Which fabrics are used in the products?

As the Lally Things family, every product I offer for sale is produced with 100% cotton fabrics, especially suitable for the skin of our little ones. Especially in our seasonal collections, we prefer to make use of our traditional fabrics, fabrics such as sile cloth and voile, which absorb sweat and have quick-protective properties, and we use cotton fabrics with water repellent properties in our care products.

Are the designs of the products original?
We design Lally Things seasonal collections entirely ourselves, as entrepreneurial moms of two. We are inspired by everything that our little ones can't get enough of, comfortable and fun to wear. After all, we aim to create completely original fun, comfortable and functional products.

Do the prices of the products include VAT?
VAT is included in the sales prices of all products sold on www.lallythings.com.

Is it possible to return or exchange?
Certainly. You can return the product in its original packaging and unworn, and exchange it for different sizes and/or models. You can do this by DMing our info@lallythings.com or www.instagram.com/lallythings account by specifying your order number/order details. You can also find our return and exchange text here.


Do you ship products with gift wrapping?
If you want to be sent with our Lally Things gift boxes specially designed for our products, it is enough to specify this in the gift box selection section when completing your shopping. You can easily send your gift by adding any note you wish.

Can I change the address to which my order will be delivered?
By checking if your order has been shipped, you can change the delivery address if it is not included in the cargo process. You can do this by specifying your order number/order details via DM at info@lallythings.com or www.instagram.com/lallythings.

The product I want to buy is sold out, will it be on sale again?
By specifying the size and color of the product you want, you can reach us via DM at info@lallythings.com or our www.instagram.com/lallythings account. You will be informed as soon as it is opened for sale again.

How should I clean the products?
Since www.lallythings.com products are produced from sensitive cotton fabrics, cleaning should be done according to the washing and drying instructions on each product.

Cargo / Transportation

When will my order reach me?
Domestic orders reach the recipient in 1-3 business days.

How can I find out if my order has been shipped?
You can track your order status on the My Order Details page on the site.

When the cargo brings the product, is there anything I should pay attention to when receiving it?
Yes. During shipping by cargo, damage to the products may occur due to cargo. For this reason, when receiving the product, you should pay attention to whether there is a situation such as crushing, tearing and wetting in the package. In such a case, you should not take delivery of the cargo and make a report to the cargo authority.

How can I reach the product that has arrived but could not find me at home?
If you are not present at the specified address, the product you ordered will be delivered to the nearest cargo branch to the address you are in. It is kept in the branch within 3 days. You can go to the cargo branch and receive the product with your ID number. Items not received within 3 days will be sent back to www.lallythings.com.

Cancellation & Refund

How long does it take to get a refund when I cancel the order?
When you cancel the order or return the product, your money will be refunded within 7-10 business days after the product reaches us.

In how many days can I return the product I bought?
You can return the product within 15 days of receipt.

What should I do if the product I received is defective?
If you send the product to us before the return period expires (15 days), the necessary actions will be taken and the money will be refunded. If we have the same product in stock, you will be informed so that you can create a new order.
